All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Shipping Policy

Rocky Mountain Electric Quilters ships most in stock orders within 1-2 business day(s) of receipt of the order. In the event that an item ordered is currently not in stock, we will ship the order minus the back ordered item(s), and ship the back ordered item(s) separately, when they become available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred when the back ordered item(s) are shipped.

Rocky Mountain Electric Quilters will ship most items to the contiguous United States via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground at our own discretion. If you prefer one of these methods of shipping over the other, please note this in the "customer notes" section at time of check out. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Batting Rolls: If you prefer a faster shipping rate for batting rolls, please indicate in the "Customer Notes" section at time of checkout. The standard rates quoted for large batting rolls are via USPS Parcel Post (Approx Delivery time is 7-14 business days). We can also ship batting rolls via UPS Ground. (In most cases 96" rolls are $34.00 and 108" rolls are $39.00, delivery time can be up to 5 business days)

 

If a purchase and subsequent shipment is made outside of the contiguous United States (includes states such as Alaska and Hawaii), please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. International orders do not qualify for the FREE Shipping promotion. Regular shipping charges will be applied to all international orders.

 

Please note: In most cases, the shipping amount quoted on your order should be accurate. However, shipping prices are subject to change without notice.



Returns

Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in re-saleable condition.
